Hold Harmless Clause

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims (1) arising out of injury or damage to or caused by the exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the JW Marriott and or (2) caused by or arising out of the actions of the exhibitor, its agents, servants or employees while on the premises of the JW Marriott, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the JW Marriott, the Indiana Credit Union League and its subsidiaries and their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims, such indemnity also to include any related attorneys’ fees and court costs.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH RENTAL RATE:
Booth rental rate is $1,600 by August 12 or $1,700 after August 12. Booth assignment and additional information will be sent to exhibitors by early September. Please make check payable to ICUL Services Corp. and return payment and signed Exhibit Booth Registration Form to:

Return this form by August 12, 2011, to give us sufficient time to coordinate the exhibit portion of the 77th Annual Convention. Registrations and/or payments received after that date cannot be guaranteed booth space, nor can they be guaranteed their booth will not be located near a competitor, if booth space is available.
