Hold Harmless Clause

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims (1) arising out of injury or damage to or caused by the exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome or (2) caused by or arising out of the actions of the exhibitor, its agents, servants or employees while on the premises of the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, the Indiana Credit Union League and its subsidiaries and their agents, servants and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims, such indemnity also to include any related attorneys’ fees and court costs.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH RENTAL RATE:
Early Bird - $1,500 per booth (by July 25, 2008) or $1,600 (after July 25). Booth assignment and additional information will be sent to exhibitors by the end of August.

Return this form by July 25, 2008, for the Early Bird discount, and to give us sufficient time to coordinate the exhibit portion of the 74th Annual Convention. Registrations and/or payments received after that date cannot be guaranteed booth space, nor can they be guaranteed their booth will not be located near a competitor, if booth space is available.
