Dear Exhibitor,

On behalf of the Indiana Credit Union League and its subsidiary, Servicecorp, I am pleased to extend this special invitation to you to be an official exhibitor at our 74th Annual Convention in Indianapolis, September 25-27. We will feature exhibitors on September 25 and 26.

Because we are the trade association for Indiana’s credit unions, our convention is a major statewide event that attracts decision-makers from some of the state’s most progressive credit unions. Many leading suppliers to the financial services industry view the ICUL Annual Convention as a key sales opportunity for gaining direct access to this significant credit union market.

Features of this year’s exhibit hall include:

• Early Bird registration discount of $100
• 7 hours of total exhibition time with NO conflicts or overlap
• Continental breakfast provided in exhibit hall on Friday
• Lunch provided in exhibit hall on Friday
• Exhibit hall will close at 2 p.m. on Friday
• No exhibit hours on Saturday

Setup will begin on Thursday, September 25 at 9 a.m. and must be completed by 3:30 p.m. No teardown of exhibits is allowed prior to 2 p.m. on Friday. Exhibitors and Servicecorp will sponsor a continental breakfast on Saturday morning from 7:45 to 9 a.m. You are welcome but not required to attend.

We will present a “Best of Show” award again this year to the vendor selected by the Convention Committee as best representing this year’s theme, “Rally 'Round Credit Unions” (political/election theme). Start planning now on how you will design your booth decorations. Just a reminder: the convention center does not allow helium-filled balloons in the hall. We will schedule periodic “be present to win” drawings, as well as provide breakfast and lunch on Friday, in an effort to attract more attendees to the exhibit hall.

To register as an official exhibitor at the ICUL 74th Annual Convention, complete the Booth Registration Form, print a copy, and mail with your payment by July 25, 2008, to receive the Early Bird discount. Hotel room reservations should be made through the Indiana Convention and Visitors Association (ICVA) housing bureau. Details and a reservation form can be obtained by clicking on the link at the left. The deadline for hotel reservations is August 25.
