Dear Exhibitor,
On behalf of the Indiana Credit Union League and its subsidiary, Servicecorp, I am pleased to extend this special invitation to you to be an official exhibitor at our 77th Annual Convention in Indianapolis, October 5-7. We will feature exhibitors on October 5 and 6.
Because we are the trade association for Indiana’s credit unions, our convention is a major statewide event that attracts decision-makers from some of the state’s most progressive credit unions. Many leading suppliers to the financial services industry view the ICUL Annual Convention as a key sales opportunity for gaining direct access to this significant credit union market.
Features of this year’s exhibit hall include:
- Early Bird registration discount of $100
- 6 hours of total exhibition time with NO conflicts or overlap
- Lunch provided in exhibit hall on Thursday
- Exhibit hall will close at 3 p.m. on Thursday
- No exhibit hours on Friday
Setup will begin on Wednesday, October 5 at 9 a.m. and must be completed by 2 p.m. No teardown of exhibits is allowed prior to 3 p.m. on Thursday. Exhibitors and Servicecorp will sponsor the Indiana Credit Union Foundation breakfast on Friday morning from 7:45 to 9 a.m. You are welcome but not required to attend.
We will present a “Best of Show” award again this year to the vendor selected by the Convention Committee as best representing this year’s theme, “Indiana Credit Unions: A Smarter Choice” (royal blue, kelly green and gold color scheme). Start planning now on how you will design your booth decorations. Please note, JW Marriott does not allow helium-filled balloons in the hall. We will schedule periodic “be present to win” drawings, as well as provide lunch on Thursday, in an effort to attract more attendees to the exhibit hall.
To register as an official exhibitor at the ICUL 77th Annual Convention, complete the enclosed Booth Registration Form, and mail with your payment by August 12, 2011, to receive the Early Bird discount. Hotel room reservations should be made through the GroupMAX powered by PassKey system. Details are included here. The deadline for hotel reservations is September 12.
