November 4, 2005 - 2006 Indiana Credit Union Foundation Scholarships

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Credit Union Foundation is pleased to be able to fund and award scholarships for next year.  The financial support that the Foundation receives from credit unions, vendors and individuals are what makes this possible.

Applicants will want to review are the following items:

• 2006 ICUL Education Calendar (PDF format)
• 2006 ICUF Scholarship application form (PDF format)
• 2006 ICUF Scholarship guidelines and eligibility requirements

If you, your staff or volunteers would like to apply for a scholarship to any school or conference, please fill out an application form and return it to the Foundation by December 31, 2005.  You may apply for as many events as you wish, but keep in mind that funds are limited and only one scholarship may be awarded per individual in a calendar year.

The Foundation Scholarship Committee will evaluate each application individually, regardless of the size of the credit union.  Each applicant’s personal data will be removed prior to evaluation to keep the process as objective as possible.  Please be sure the application is filled out completely and returned by December 31, 2005.  Be careful not to reveal your name or credit union in any essay portion of the application.  Applications postmarked after December 31, 2005, will not be accepted.  General scholarships for the entire 2006 calendar year will be awarded shortly after that date.
