August 16 is new date for
Indiana Credit Union Foundation Golf Outing
Third annual 18-Hole Event & Dinner was rescheduled due to severe weather

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Credit Union Foundation 18-Hole
Event & Dinner has been rescheduled for Tuesday, August 16 at Valle Vista Golf
Club in Greenwood, Ind.
Remnants of Hurricane Dennis came through Indiana July 12,
when the event was originally scheduled to take place. Additional golfers and
sponsors are being accepted for the new date; those who registered for the
original date do not need to re-register.
The 18-Hole Event & Dinner includes a day of golf and a
buffet dinner. The golf outing will be a scramble and will begin at noon with a
shotgun start. Dinner will be held immediately afterwards. Prizes will be
awarded for the first-, second- and third-place teams; longest drive; longest
putt and closest to the pin. Participants also could win a cash prize of $10,000
in a hole-in-one contest.
The fee of $75 per person includes greens fees, cart, practice putting,
dinner, drinks on the course, and thank-you gifts. Dinner only is $30 per
person; golf only is $60 per person. Reservations will be accepted until
Tuesday, August 9.
The following sponsorship levels are still available:
- Event Sponsors ($2,500, unlimited number of sponsors
- Dinner Sponsor ($2,000, one sponsor
- Dinner Bar Sponsor ($1,500, one sponsor)
- Beverage Cart Sponsor ($1,500, one sponsor)
- Hole-in-One Contest Sponsor ($750, one sponsor)
- Hole Sponsors ($100 per hole, unlimited sponsors)

The Indiana Credit Union
Foundation is a charitable arm of the Indiana Credit Union League, using
contributions from individuals, credit unions and other organizations to fund
projects, which benefit Hoosier credit unions. These include scholarships and
grants, credit union development and other programs as approved by its board of
directors including financial literacy, community education programs and
disaster relief.
