Indiana credit unions recognized for social responsibility and youth financial education

INDIANAPOLIS -- At the Indiana Credit Union League’s Chairman’s Awards
Banquet Oct. 8, many Indiana credit unions were honored for their projects in
the areas of community service and youth financial literacy. Those projects
receiving first place awards in their asset size category in Indiana were
forwarded on to national competition.
A list of the statewide winners follows, along with each credit union’s
headquarters city and the title of their project. A description of the projects
can be found here.
The Dora Maxwell Award recognizes outstanding efforts of community service in
several asset categories.
