Indiana’s Servicecorp rebates more than $80,000 to product users
December 15 2005

INDIANAPOLIS—Credit unions that use key products from the Indiana Credit Union League’s Servicecorp subsidiary will get a "year-end bonus" of sorts, in the form of a rebate. "Servicecorp’s success is due to the high level of participation in major product areas by Indiana’s credit unions as well as our business partnerships—especially CUNA Mutual and Mid-States Corporate FCU," said League President John McKenzie. "The rebate is one way that we try to share our success with the credit unions that make it possible."

Servicecorp will surpass its earnings goal for 2005 and will issue the rebates to credit unions that are clients in four key product and service areas: Card Services; CUNA Mutual Group products; shared branching and Harland check printing. The total rebate will be $80,550, with per credit union amounts ranging up to $5,000 based on each credit union’s usage of the products and services. The rebates will be automatically settled via ACH on Dec. 21 with more than 200 credit unions receiving them.

"We appreciate the credit unions that have chosen Servicecorp and our business partners for services," said Servicecorp Chief Operating Officer Diana Arnold. "Several responded to our e-mail announcement about the rebate with very positive feedback about our products and services and the people that deliver them."

In addition to this client rebate, Servicecorp made an additional $16,500 donation in December to the Indiana Credit Union Foundation, bringing its total 2005 donations to that organization to $49,600. Servicecorp will also be disbursing more than $33,000 this month to 19 credit unions to help them send a representative to the CUNA GAC.
