Frank Gulley elected to Indiana Credit Union League Board

INDIANAPOLIS—Frank Gulley, chairman of the board at Afena Federal Credit
Union in Marion, has been elected to a three-year term on the board of
directors of the Indiana Credit Union League. He will represent credit unions
in North Central Indiana.
He has been associated with the credit union for 39 years, beginning his
service on the credit union’s board of directors in 1985. During his tenure at
Afena FCU, he has held every office and has overseen the credit union’s name
change from Marion Independent Federal Credit Union.
Additionally, he is a board member on the Council of General Motors Credit
Unions and the Combined Council of Automotive Credit Unions, and he is on the
Marion City Planning Commission and the Marion Housing Authority.
