Performance Management and Training

In this workshop we cover basic organizational development theories as they pertain to training. You will also learn how to do a needs assessment that uncovers the training that your organization really needs to provide to meet its organizational objectives. Then we’ll cover evaluating your training, or how to get past the "smiley sheet." We’ll end with learning about transfer of training to the workplace and training retention.
