Code of ethics is important on many levels. It establishes expectations for the volunteers/officials, management and staff and sets forth mechanisms for enforcement and consequences for noncompliance. This webinar will be geared toward volunteers/officials and management and will provide various scenarios that have occurred over the last 25 years in Indiana credit unions. Often, ethical situations are overlooked and perceived differently by others. You’re encouraged to participate in this webinar as way to re-evaluate your credit union’s culture.
