We're growing, and we're seeking an enthusiastic and energetic leader for the branch manager position in our Michigan City, IN, location to help us expand our membership!  This position:
·      Executes on business goals by promoting products and services, increasing membership by building new relationships while also growing business with existing members.
·      Is responsible for overseeing branch operations and fostering a positive work environment where employees are encouraged and motivated to reach their full potential.
·      Makes meaningful connections with members by assisting with opening accounts, consumer lending, problem resolution, recommending products and services, and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements include:
·      A passion for people and service is required!
·      Enthusiasm for serving our members and building business in the Michigan City area
·      Impeccable communication skills
·      A minimum of two to five years of similar or related banking and/or business management experience
