Grand Heritage Federal Credit Union is searching for their next Manager/CEO to help drive the organization into the future. The Manager/CEO will work with the Board of Directors to establish strategic plans, goals, and objectives. He or she will be charged with leading the credit union towards achieving those goals, maintaining and enhancing financial strength, and with ensuring conformance with all applicable state and federal laws. The ideal candidate will be an experienced skilled leader who can motivate, impart vision, build consensus, and drive organizational growth while sustaining superior member service in a hands-off environment.



  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in a senior management position within a credit union.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
  • Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
  • Experience with credit union governance and compliance requirements.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
