INDIANAPOLIS—Frank Gulley, chairman of the board at Afena Federal Credit Union (FCU) in Marion, was re-elected to a second three-year term on the board of directors of the Indiana Credit Union League, and he was chosen as the organization’s Board Secretary. Gulley has been a member of the League Board since 2007, representing credit unions in North Central Indiana. He has served on and chaired various League committees since joining the board. Nationally, he is a member of the Awards Committee at the Credit Union National Association.
He has been associated with Afena FCU for 42 years, beginning his service on the credit union’s board of directors in 1985. During his tenure at Afena FCU, he has held every office on the board and has overseen the credit union’s name change from Marion Independent Federal Credit Union.
Additionally, he is a board member on the Council of General Motors Credit Unions and the Combined Council of Automotive Credit Unions, and he is on the Marion City Planning Commission.
