INDIANAPOLIS – Amy Reinhardt of Energy Plus Credit Union received the 2025 Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League on October 3 during the Credit Union Gala & Awards Celebration, a special event during the League’s annual convention.

After beginning her career as a part-time teller, Reinhardt has steadily advanced into leadership roles. After moving into the lending department, she was promoted to Loan Officer and then Lending Manager. Today, she is a key member of the Management Team, contributing to project planning, execution, and strategic initiatives for the $44.8 million credit union.

She played a major role in the credit union’s Centennial Celebration this year and has helped shape annual action plans that drive Energy Plus’s success. Most recently, Amy secured a partnership for an indirect auto refinance portfolio, which generated $1 million in loans in 2024 and is on track to exceed that in 2025.

In addition to her work at Energy Plus, Amy serves on the board of the Central Chapter of Credit Unions as Events Logistics Coordinator, where she scouts venues and supports chapter programming. She is also active in her church community, volunteering with Vacation Bible School each summer.

The Indiana Credit Union League is the statewide trade association for credit unions in Indiana. Those credit unions serve more than 2.8 million Hoosiers.
