News Release: Crane CU’s Marissa Lynch chosen for Emerging Leadership Award

INDIANAPOLIS – Marissa Lynch of Crane CU is a recipient of the 2021 Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League.

Lynch is Vice President of Human Resources at the credit union. Since starting work as a part-time teller/MSR in 2009, she has worked in several capacities. She has been instrumental in the development and ongoing management of Crane CU’s leadership program which is called LEAD – Learning Education And Development. The program identifies future leaders at the credit union and develops their skills. She is also an advocate for initiatives that support a positive work environment and a culture of recognition. Lynch is also an alumnae of the League’s ignite program.

The Emerging Leadership Award was developed in order to recognize the next generation of credit union leaders in Indiana for their accomplishments and for their potential to be an Indiana credit union leader in the future. Lynch was recognized Sept. 10, during the Chairman’s Awards Banquet, a special event during the Indiana Credit Union League’s annual convention.
