INDIANAPOLIS – Bryce Carden of Member Source Credit Union received the 2025 Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League on October 3 during the Credit Union Gala & Awards Celebration, a special event during the League’s annual convention.
Bryce began his career at the credit union as a marketing intern during his final semester of college. After graduation, he became Marketing Coordinator and later Experience Manager, overseeing marketing efforts and branch operations. Over the next several years, he completed CUNA Management School, earned certifications in compliance and financial counseling, and participated in the Indiana Credit Union League’s ignite program.
He was promoted to Vice President of Operations, where he supported board and ALM Committee meetings and stepped in to manage accounting responsibilities during a staff transition. From preparing financial statements and regulatory reports to overseeing budgets and audits, Bryce became a trusted leader known for his ethics, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive matters. His leadership in improving efficiency, enhancing member experience, and mentoring staff led to his promotion to Executive Vice President earlier this year.
Outside the credit union, Bryce serves on the board of the Griffith/Highland Chamber of Commerce and leads its Next Gen Leader Group.
The Indiana Credit Union League is the statewide trade association for credit unions in Indiana. Those credit unions serve more than 2.8 million Hoosiers.
