News Release: FORUM Credit Union’s Rick Rambo receives Leadership Achievement Award

INDIANAPOLIS -- Rick Rambo, Board Treasurer at FORUM CU is the Indiana Credit Union League’s 2021 recipient of the Leadership Achievement Award. The presentation was made at the Chairman’s Awards Banquet at the JW Marriott Hotel on October 14 as part of a special event during the League’s statewide convention.

He has loyally served on the credit union board for 25 years and has been treasurer for more than 20 years. His knowledge of FORUM CU financials and his understanding of the cooperative model is vital to the success of the credit union. As treasurer, he leads the Asset-Liability Committee meetings and is an active participant in shaping the credit union’s fiscal blueprint to best serve it 180,000 members. He has also served as a liaison between the FORUM CU board and the FORUM Foundation, which grants college scholarships and educator classroom grants to members. In the community, he is a vocal advocate for credit union memvershi8p and the benefits the cooperative model has for Indiana residents.

The Leadership Achievement Award recognizes credit union volunteers/officials who have given selflessly to promote the credit union ideal and to better the credit union movement in Indiana.
