Reports to: President

  • Responsible for assisting the credit union President in the overall management of the credit union.
  • Assist in directing all PSCU operations, including planning and implementing programs and policies.
  • Serve as Operations and Strategic Leader.  Provide guidance to ensure key initiatives, performance outcomes, and operations are managed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to synchronize tasks across the CU and direct prioritization by developing and implementing plans, policies, systems, processes and staff development to accomplish our mission and improve overall operations and effectiveness of the CU.
  • Manage develop, coach, evaluate, and retain high performing staff.
  • Lead all lending and collection functions to achieve the CU strategic goals.  Ensure maximum profitability of lending activities that are also in the best interest of our members.
  • Work with the President in identifying trends in the industry, evaluate and instituting new programs and products. 
  • Direct responsibility of front end and back-end operations, and branch activities within established policies and guidelines. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of work and to provide consistent quality service to members.
  • Ensure financial stability and member satisfaction commensurate with the best interest of the members, employees, and the credit union.
  • Represent the CU at external functions and community events.
